About license authorization for CRIWARE tools

The CRIWARE tool has a built-in license authorization system.
It can only be used if you meet the license requirements.

Items required for license authorization

• The “CRI Authorization Tool” is required for license authorization.
  • Windows

• The “CRI Authorization Tool” requires internet access for authorization.
• A valid e-mail address is required for obtaining the license. (User registration)

List of tools which require online license authorization

The following tools require online authorization using the CRI Authorization Tool.
These tools are referred to as “Tools with online authentication support” below.
They do not support the previous license system (using .lic files).

• CRI Atom Craft
  • Ver.3.43 or above
• CRI Atom Encoder
  • Ver.3.00 or above
• CRI Solv
  • Ver.1.21 or above

Remarks

Older versions of the above tools only support the previous license system (using .lic files).

About CRI Authorization Tool

CRI Authorization Tool is a tool that performs online license authorization, including the following functions:

• obtaining a license
• registering your PC
• unregistering your registered PC
  • This is a function that you can use to unregister your PC on which the Tools with online authentication support has been used.
  • use when changing the registered PC.
• changing the registration information (e-mail address)
• deleting your account (to cancel all your licenses)
  • deleting all user registration information.
  • To use the Tools with online authentication support again, you need to go through “To obtain your license” once more.
