Checking the Broken Links

When you rename objects, change the IDs of the items that can be linked, or move the objects around in the project tree, the tool automatically checks the links (when loading files or before building).
However, the tool does not check links for the Work Units which are closed.

If you also want to check the disabled Work Units (i.e. the Work Units that are not editable), run the [Verification of all Work Units] command from the context menu.
