Configuring the Ducker

Ducker Usage

A good way to ensure that an important sound will be heard is to temporarily lower the level of the other sounds.
In ADX, this can be easily achieved by using REACT.

For example, if you want to make a sound stand out:

No programmer involvement required

With REACT, it is possible to implement a complete ducking mechanism entirely on the data side.
The programmer only has to trigger the sounds as usual.

Since there are many ways to modify the volume in the game, it is important to clarify with the programming team who is in charge of controlling volume in each case.
