How to use AISAC

Uses of AISAC

The AISAC system is a collection of curves which are mapping input parameters coming from the game to sound parameters.
AISAC can be advantageously used in many cases: distance attenuation, engine sound, skiing sliding sound etc.

The authoring tool also provides "Random AISAC" and "AISAC auto modulation" options.
These can be used for example to simulate the sound of the wind, of the ocean etc.

AISAC control from the program

An "AISAC control" can be used on the program side to control an AISAC in real-time.

The AISAC control is performed at the Player level

The target of an AISAC control is the Player on which the playback is performed.

Global AISACs can be shared

If the same mapping system can be used across the game, for example in the case of distance attenuation, consider using a global AISAC.
At this time, it cannot be be stored in the Work Unit. In this case, please use a reference to the AISAC.
