A Work Unit consists of multiple files containing different types of data.
Ideally you should create one Work Unit per task for each user.
The tasks can be anything, for example, you may want to separate the BGM and SFX creation to work simultaneously on them with another team member.
Because the related files are also managed separately, it makes it easier to use a version control software with the project.
All the information present in the Work Unit and its Cues is used for the export of the ACB files.
If a Work Unit is moved between projects and it references Global Settings that are not present in the new project, an error due to an unknown reference destination will occur when loading the Work Unit.
A Work Unit for which an error has occurred can not be saved as it is. It is necessary to solve the problem by updating the reference destination.
You can move a CueSheet by selecting it and then dragging it and dropping it onto another Work Unit.
You can duplicate a CueSheet by holding down the Cmd key (Ctrl key on Windows) while dragging the CueSheet.
The Materials and waveform files referenced by the Cues contained in the CueSheet will also be duplicated.
This is also a convenient way to remove unnecessary waveforms from a CueSheet as they will not be copied.
