In case there is no sound Material for a Waveform Region in a given language, the sound Material from the replacement language will be used.
For example, if you didn't receive the files in a specific language, you can temporarily replace them by the files from another language.

Then, when all the sound Materials have become available, you can deactivate this option and you will easily find all the missing localized Material (build errors).
