When the contents in the material folder and in Finder do not match

Operation Description
When there are files or folders in the material folder of the tool but not in Finder Add the waveforms in Finder and perform [Synch with Local files].
When there are files or folders in Finder but not in the material folder of the tool Drag the waveforms from Finder onto the material folder in the tool to register them.
