Sampling Rate

You can decide the sampling rate used when encoding materials.
In this tool, the sampling rate applied when encoding is called the resampling rate.
Usually, the resampling rate can be different for each material. However, if the encoding type is set to HCA-MX, the [HCA-MX Re-Sampling Rate] parameter of the Target config will always be applied.
