The priority of the parameter palette is set so that the child elements in [Cue->Cue folder] and the project tree have a higher priority.
For example, if a parameter palette is set in the Cue folder and in the Cue, the settings in the Cue are applied.
However, if the "Parameter Enable Flag" is disabled in the Cue parameter palette, the parameter on the Cue side will not be used. Instead, the settings in the Cue folder are applied.
