Operating environment for CRI ADX tools

The CRI ADX tool runs in the following environments:

The recommended screen size is a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels or higher and a display magnification of 100%.

Notes

Please note the following points when using the CRI ADX tool:

Running over a network

This tool cannot be run on a network drive.
Please make sure to copy the entire executable file set to your PC before use.

Installing Visual Studio C++ Runtime Components (Windows only)

The CRI ADX tools require Visual Studio C++ Runtime Components that support Visual Studio 2019. Please download and install it from the following site in advance.

Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package (x64) for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2022

When launching the CRI ADX Tool Installer, an alert appears and installation cannot be performed (macOS only)

When you launch the CRI ADX Tools installer (CRIADXTools.pkg), the following message is displayed depending on your version of macOS:

"This software cannot open it because Apple cannot check if it is malicious."

If this message appears and you cannot continue with the installation, start the installer as follows:

Control-click the "CRIADXTools.pkg" icon and choose "Open" from the shortcut menu.
Click Open in the dialog.
