First, check to see whether an error callback has been triggered when the problem occurred.
If playback does not begin, an internal library error may have occurred.
You can register an error callback to obtain information about internal library errors on the application side.
If you have not registered an error callback, register one to determine if any errors have occurred at the time of the problem (or earlier).
