Check whether the loop information is embedded in the waveform file itself, i.e., loop points were set up in the WAVE file. Please check the waveform material information in the Atom Craft project. You may need to modify the "loop interpretation" setting. For details about how to use Atom Craft, please refer to the tool manual instead.
