Reduced playback latency on Android

The audio playback latency has been reduced, starting with the plug-in included in SDK Ver.2.90.
By updating to this version of the plug-in, the playback latency can be reduced by tens of milliseconds.

To avoid making adjustments to games that are sensitive to latency changes (e.g. music games), you can turn off this feature by unchecking the "Uses Android Fast Mixer" checkbox in the CriWareInitializer component.
