Installation function with HTTPS

Starting with SDK version 2.83, it supports the data installation function compatible with HTTPS. (iOS/macOS)
Android / Windows corresponded with SDK version 2.87.

Support

Added API of new installation function.
There are parts that behave differently from the conventional API.

Attention

Please note that when using the new installation function on iOS, the operation requirement will be iOS 7 or later.
