CRIWARE is supported only on operating systems that are currently supported by their respective OS vendors. Operation on OS versions that have reached end of support is not guaranteed, regardless of whether the software continues to function.

Please note that CRIWARE may still run after the OS support period ends. However, if any issues occur on an unsupported OS, we will not be able to provide support.

Windows

  • Supported versions are those of Windows (including Windows Server) that are within Microsoft’s official support period.
  • Only 64-bit editions are supported.
  • Once Microsoft ends support for a specific version, that version will no longer be covered.
    (Example: Windows 11 Version 22H2 is no longer supported after October 8, 2024.)
  • Even if you are using Extended Security Updates (ESU) to extend Microsoft’s support, such versions are excluded from our support.

macOS

  • Supported versions are the latest three releases of macOS that remain within Apple’s official support period.
  • When a new macOS version is released, the oldest supported version will be removed from the supported list in sequence.

Other Notes

The following environments are not supported:

  • Developer OS versions such as Windows Insider Preview or macOS Beta.
  • OS environments set to languages other than English (unless otherwise noted).
