Creating data
Use "CPK File Builder", the data creation tool for FileMajik PRO, to create a packed file, or "CPK file".
The following steps will show you how to use the tool.
[Note]
No packing is required for files that are accessed individually.
(1) Registering files and directories
(1-1) Starting CPK File Builder
First, double-click CpkFileBuilder.exe to start the tool.
(1-2) Registering files and directories
Drag and drop the files and directories that you want to register into the File pane.
Then you can move the registered files to any directory or even delete them.
Use drag and drop or the context menu to edit the project.
(2) Configuring the way the CPK file is built
After editing the project, you can configure the way the CPK file will be built.
In the toolbar, click Build CPK File button. The Configure Building dialog box will be displayed.
In the Configure Building dialog box, you can configure the type, the file compression and the data alignment of the CPK file you want to create.
After the configuration, click the Clean Build button to start building the CPK file.

(3) Building a CPK file

(4) Examining a CPK file
You can use the "CPK File Viewer" to check the details of the CPK file that you are building.
In the Progress dialog box, click the CPK File Viewer button. The viewer will open, showing the original and packed sizes of the files in the CPK, their IDs and some other information about the CPK file itself (version, options and so on).
