Sequence End marker for REACT

The end marker for REACT is a marker that sets an arbitrary end position for the REACT processing on the timeline.
It makes it possible to finish the REACT processing earlier than the actual playback end of the triggering Cue.

Note

If the triggering Cue's fade-out time is long, this allows for crossfading effects.
