Using REACT for Ducking

Sample Description

REACT is used in this sample to lower the music volume (ducking) during dialogue playback.
REACT ducking requires the following settings to be made beforehand in CRI Atom Craft.


This sample uses "Voice_REACT" as the trigger category and "BGM_REACT" as the change category to make the dialogue stand out over the music.
The REACT settings used in this sample are shown in the figure below.
No special settings are required on the program side to use REACT.
When a Cue registered in the category that acts as the trigger to activate REACT (the "trigger category") is played, the volume of the sounds in the ducking target category (the "change category") is automatically changed.
